Banana Bread

Easy and damn delicious Banana Bread!

Banana bread is such a classic recipe. I am confident that I have been making banana bread since I was a child. It's a great way to use up those bananas that are just a little too brown to eat. And heaven forbid there be a bruised banana offered to a toddler! So I have learned to stick those unwanted bananas in the freezer until I have enough to make Banana Bread. The peel turns a dark brown on the bananas but the inside is still good.

Banana Bread | I like to mix the dry ingredients on top of the wet before mixing all together, This saves me from another dirty bowl!
This is another 'one bowl' recipe. Because who wants to clean any more than that! To get around dirtying more bowls, I make a little pile on top of the wet ingredients to put my dry ingredients. I give my dry ingredients and little mix before incorporating into the wet! I'll do anything to wash less dishes!

I have also taken this recipe and divided it into muffin cups to make delicious banana muffins. Technically this isn't a muffin recipe but I'm not an expert baker to know the difference between this dessert bread and a muffin recipe. If it looks like a muffins, I'll call it a muffin hah! I also do this with my Cranberry Orange Bread, no one ever complains...

And on to the recipe! If your bananas are frozen, leave them out on a plate for a couple hours to thaw and mash with a fork or potato masher, Enjoy! Oh! And if you like this recipe, share it around, spread the delicious love!
